As of September 4, 2020, we are no longer accepting new members.

On October 3, 2020 we will initiate the final $5 or $10 reward for eligible customer accounts with enough points.

Rewards will be distributed based on your account preferences. Accounts eligible for a reward will either receive it digitally or by mail within the month of October 2020.

The expiration date is included on both digital and printed rewards. All rewards will expire on December 24, 2020.

Rewards will not be accepted after December 24, 2020 and the program will end.

You will be able to view your account information and points through October 3, 2020. Earned rewards can be viewed on your account until December 24, 2020.

Once you reach 625 or 1,250 points, a $5 or $10 reward will be issued 30-45 days from the last date of purchase. You will receive your reward in an SMS message if you are opted into the sms program, if you are not opted into the sms program then you will receive your reward in the mail if your account has a valid mailing address. Otherwise, you will receive an email notifying you of your reward, you can then log in to your account online and print your reward to redeem in store.

Points will post to your account 24 hours after the date of purchase.

Yes, points will expire after six months of inactivity on your account.

If a purchase is returned, the point value of the return will automatically be subtracted from your point total.

Yes, rewards have an expiration date printed on the reward card and must be used prior to the expiration date.

Only one reward per 625 or 1,250 points can be earned each month. If you have any points remaining, they will rollover to the next month.

Yes, employees are eligible to participate in the VF Outlet VIP Rewards program.

Members will earn a reward card for every 625 or 1,250 points earned. Members will earn 10 points per $1 spent in VF Outlet stores.

We can look up your membership if you forget your VIP card so you can earn your points on your purchase. You can also set up your online account and go to My VIP Adjustments to add the receipt yourself.

At your next store visit, the sales associate can attempt to look up your account so that you don't need to create a new account. If you do create a new account, email our customer service team by clicking here to combine your old and new accounts.

If you have enrolled under your own name on more than one occasion, points may be consolidated to one VIP card. However, you must email our customer service team by clicking here for assistance.

No, points earned under the VF Outlet VIP Rewards program are non-transferrable.
